The MTB Alpine Cup challenge was born in 2017 from the desire to offer all MTB Marathon enthusiasts a unique challenge where they’d get their eyes full… and legs full!
Today, this challenge brings together 4 renowned XCM events between France and Switzerland: the Jura Bike Marathon, the MB Race, the Grand Raid BCVS and the Forestière! What do these 4 events have in common? Breathtaking scenery, beautiful mountain biking and a friendly, festive atmosphere at every event!
Come and take up the MTB Alpine Cup challenge, a maximum of 465 km and 18,000 m of D+ accumulated in 4 stages… You’ll score points according to your ranking on each stage, and at the end of the last event all finishers who have completed the challenge will be rewarded!
The MTB Alpine Cup challenge is now open to distances shorter than the historical distances for the Grand Raid BCVS, the MB Race and La Forestière. The number of points per stage will be adapted according to the distance covered. But new this year, for riders who complete the 4 longest distances, a bonus of 40 points will be awarded!
For the MB Race, you can choose between 70km, 100km or 140km.
For the Grand Raid BCVS, you can choose between two distances at the time of registration: 93km or 125 km.
And for the Forestière, there are two distances to choose from when you register: 70km or 100km!
Now you can build your own MTB Alpine Cup and complete this unique challenge!
